Mercer Island, WA "Patch" to which I often contribute.

Abstract

Of special interest to me. of course, is Patch’s featuring
of Mercer Island homes. At last count I had done over
4o custom homes over the many years I’ve been doing
custom home design on this lovely wooded Island with
some 22,000 people surrounded by Lake Washington.

One of our own MI homes-   The round deck as built by the architect to set off the front.  Replaced by later owners with a rectangular deck. However the present new owners plan to restore this along with many other unwise changes per the link below the next picture;
